1. closed loop: keeps secrets to himself until and unless not asked for his opinion, but when asked his opinion will be open, blunt, and may hurt any one.
2. open loop: blunt and frank but opinion is given by  him even if not asked for.

guys, i have made this blog in order to summarise the things that may help  my sweet friends to make a better rapport with themselves, others, and me of course.
